We are a group of aviation enthusiasts, aircraft builders, and pilots who get together with like minded people to share ideas, exchange information, encourage safety, serve the local aviation community and have a lot of fun doing so.
Our hangar is on the grounds of the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport (KLWS), in scenic Northwest Idaho. Whether you fly, build, restore or simply enjoy airplanes and aviation, you are welcome to attend our events and join our chapter.
Nic Carey here. I was just going to let the EAA know that I received my pilots license today. I sure did appreciate the financial help from the scholarship. I still plan on attending the breakfasts when I am in town! Thanks again and happy holidays!

The event was a big success! Our shuttles ran nonstop all day, transporting people back and forth from the military aircraft displays near the entrance to the experimental aircraft displays by the EAA hangar. Kiwi Air was busy giving helicopter rides, one right after the other. One of the Hillcrest helicopters loaded their bucket near the Bryden Canyon Golf Course and performed water drops on the field. Several unique aircraft flew in from around the region to be on display on this beautiful July day in Lewiston.
Spectators of all ages came to enjoy the annual event at the Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport. It was exciting to see the big bombers and Apache helicopter buzzing over the Lewis Clark Valley. Looking forward to our 5th Annual Air Fair next year!
